The ingot is first alloyed to the desired grade and cast into billets. Subsequently, the billets are extruded into profiles using steel dies which are manufactured on-site. The extruded profiles may then be anodized or painted before being fabricated and assembled to specification. In a last step, the complete product assemblies are packed for shipment.
